Chairman / Agency Management
Larry believes the two most important things in the ad business are clients and a talented team. He is proud of Weintraub’s long-standing client and staff relationships, which demonstrate a proven ability to deliver results for clients and create a positive employee environment that fosters professional and personal growth. Larry graduated from the University of Missouri and joined the family business in 1977, working in the media department where he found that he had a natural talent for negotiation. Today, Larry oversees specialty services, public relations, and administration of the agency.
Director of Social Media
Danielle Weintraub was born to advertise. Growing up in a Weintraub house inevitably means you’re used as the talent in many commercials, and you learn to speak “ad talk” at a ripe young age. Combine that with a complete obsession with social media – everything from Yelp to Facebook- and it was only natural that she’d end up graduating with a Digital Media degree from University of Denver. She then went on to help Israeli musicians promote themselves around the world, sell produce to New York City chefs, and then found herself back at home at Weintraub Advertising as Director of Social Media. During her free time she likes to scrapbook, bike ride, purchase lip gloss, and go for power walks in the park.
Creative Director
It all began with Gilligan’s Island. Years ago (it takes cash money to get her to admit how many), Susie became fascinated with the series – and became just as fascinated with all the television commercials that filled the spaces between the castaway’s adventures and the antics to get off the island. A twisted creative type who also has an inherent understanding of business marketing, Susie is an accomplished writer and creative director who owns a closet-full of international and national creative awards in recognition of her work for a wide variety of clients. Prior to joining the advertising industry as a creative type, Susie served as Vice President and Director of Marketing for several billion dollar financial institutions in the Midwest, but made an early withdrawal due to lack of compounding interest. In addition to having a way with words, Susie is a painter and muralist and carries around a paint brush in case the need for color arises. She attended Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville and is a devoted fan of the Beatles, eight days a week.
Jen McKenzie
Account Executive/ Copywriter/ Broadcast Producer
Jen got her start in advertising when she was just 5 years old- with a modeling career that’s highlight was a place on the back of Ghostbusters Cereal. Sadly, her time as a child model ended five years later with a broken arm, braces and chicken pox. But in that short time, she was hooked. After receiving a degree in Journalism from the University of Missouri – Columbia, Jen went on to become a woman of many talents at Weintraub Advertising. Now she works as an account executive, copywriter and broadcast producer- and can’t wait to see what project she’ll get next. When she’s off the clock, Jen loves karaoke, kickball and just kicking back with a good zombie flick.

I am very impressed by your agency. You have embraced and incorporated the social media phenomenon while still cognizant of the value of other media outlets such as television. I have enjoyed reading your blogs, checking out some of your work on your YouTube channel, and “following” you on Twitter.
